This Abbotsford-based screen manufacturer is considered the best in the business. Their North American presence made brand management hard especially with rogue accounts set up by distributors. In addition, the corporate account needed a way to generate excitement and intrigue for a product that is unchanging.
For this project, we created a distributor social media playbook that outlined all the best practices for running a social media account under the Phantom Screens name. Distributors were instructed on proper naming conventions, appropriate use of branding, user-generated content selection guidelines, tone of voice, and engagement strategies. We even prepared quarterly content (approved by corporate) for the distributors to post.
For the content strategy, our team worked with a blogger to generate monthly blog posts that centered around home improvement ideas, energy efficiency, and ways in which Phantom Screens products can add value to a home.
In addition to content strategy and design work, I provided creative and copywriting for content calendars and reporting for content performance on a monthly basis.
