The Namaste Yoga Challenge

I am always busy!
 
I can’t deny myself a chance to catch up with loved ones or a passion project, so I’m always running from point A to B or travelling long distances. However, as I grow older I notice the drain on my body and the longer recovery. Call it a lust for life (or masochism 😂), but sometimes it’s hard to get that “me time” I hear so much about.
 
Over the past year, I placed more importance on this personal time in the form of exercise, such as yoga. Yoga means so much to me now, since it forces me to slow down, clear my thoughts, challenge myself and to listen to my body. With this newfound awareness, I see how this benefits my mental health, my body and helps me navigate the stressors of daily life.  So when Namaste TV announced a month-long yoga challenge, I was in!
 
For only $28 USD, I receive a daily email with a link to a 22-minute practice designed for all levels. The imagery in the videos are stunning and the instructions are easy enough to follow.
